Well, I made time for it and as I planned for it all, top on the list was joining together the best musicians that the New England music scene had to offer. I started at the top of the list talent wise and just went for it. The truth is I couldn’t have assembled a more talented, dedicated, and professional group for this project and as a result, it has exceeded all expectations. The All-Star lineup are Carl Ayotte, David Ayotte, Stephen Baker, Nate Comp, Kevin Elder, Bill Plourde, and David Stefanelli. In the late 1990’s, after a career as a Deputy Sherriff in Maine, he traded in his badge for a microphone and went from York County to New York City to pursue a career in comedy. He quickly became a regular at Comic Strip Live, Stand-Up New York, Dangerfield’s, Gotham Comedy Club, Caroline’s on Broadway and the New York Times called him, “Destined for stardom.” Juston would go on to sign sitcom development deals with Warner Brothers, CBS, IFC and Comedy Central.
He has appeared on numerous Comedy Central shows including his half-hour Comedy Central Presents special and his own one-hour special. He has appeared several times on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Conan O’Brien as well as a Showtime Comedy Special with Rob Gronkowski. He has appeared twice at Denis Leary’s, Comics Come Home at the TD Garden. His TV & movie credits include The King of Queens,100 Centre Street, The Zoo Keeper and Here Comes the Boom. He recently wrote and starred in the short film, Suck It Up, which screened at the NH Film Festival. He was awarded “Best Acting Performance.”

High-energy, commanding and versatile–but enough about her sex life-Kerri Louise can entertain any audience with her warmth and razor-edge wit. She just filmed the hit, new, stand-up show “Gotham Live” on AXS-TV. Kerri was a regular correspondent on the Oprah Winfrey Show and that lead her to be a guest on the very first episode of The Dr. OZ Show. NBC took Kerri all the way to the finals in the show Last Comic Standing. Her performance on that show prompted The Women’s Entertainment Network to make her the star of her own reality show called “TWO FUNNY”. Christine Hurley loves what she does…making people laugh! Married to Jimmy Hurley and having five kids, Christine is never at a loss for comedic material.
Like any great comedian, Christine has an innate ability to see humor in “everyday” situations. For years, she entertained family, friends and neighbors in their kitchens, at barbeques and the grocery store aisles. The only difference now is she uses a microphone and a stage.
Christine’s maiden voyage into the world of stand up comedy was an open audition in New York City. The television network Nick at Nite was looking for “AMERICA’S FUNNIEST MOM.” She figured if it didn’t go well, no one in New York would have known who she was anyway…
Turns out it went well! Out of thousands of entries, Christine was selected to be a finalist on the nationally televised show. The producers of the show included Carol Leifer (Seinfeld show producer), Jeff Singer (talent scout, Montreal Comedy Festival), Jeffrey Ross (Comedy Central roast master) and actress Sandra Bernhardt.
Her stories and views on motherhood and marriage are exactly what everyone is living through…people get it and love it!

Kelly MacFarland
As an experienced stand up comedian, Kelly has an extensive and well-rounded resume including comedy clubs, theaters, colleges and several television appearances.
Kelly is currently touring clubs and colleges across the country and has entertained our US troops overseas. Kelly headlined the 2009 Boston Women in Comedy Festival, was first runner up in the 2009 Boston Comedy Festival, voted Best of the Fest 2010 Aspen Rooftop Comedy Festival, appeared in the Oddball Festival 2015 and performed at Boston Calling 2016 and 2017. Kelly has also appeared on Stand Up in Stilettos on the TV Guide Channel, Comedy Central’s Premium Blend and is the host of the web series, Fit or Fad for Scripps Network. Most recently, Kelly was part of the Top 100 Comedians of Last Comic Standing Season 9, appeared on AXS Gotham Comedy LIVE and won first in the professional category of the Ladies of Laughter 2016 competition.
Kelly has been hosting events in and around New England as well as across the country for over 10 years. She has done extensive work with the American Heart Association and Kelly hosted the 2017 MITX Technology Awards.
Kelly is also an accomplished improviser, musical improviser and comedic actress. She has performed with Fred Willard, Laura Hall from Whose Line is it Anyway? and has been a resident cast member of the ImprovBoston National Touring Company since 2014. Kelly is a contributor to the Audible series, Sounds Like America and is currently writing a collection of short stories based on her stand-up and her life. Kelly is the creator and co-host of The Fraidy Cat Podcast, sharing real life ghost stories and all things that go bump in the night. She has released two albums, Bombshell and You Woke Up Today, both available on iTunes and Amazon.

Opener: The Desolation Angels
The musicians in Desolation Angels are seasoned veterans of the local music scene North of Boston. They came together in winter of 2021 to try to present the music of Bad Company and Paul Rodgers as authentically as possible. The band is comprised of Rick Reda on vocals, Duffy Bouchard on drums, Eric Hanson on keyboards, Adam Elliott on bass, and Brian Fernald and Kevin Meaney on guitars.

AM GOLD formed when NYC drummer, Dan Wintersteen threw a Yacht Rock party with musician friends for his 30th birthday. Yacht Rock was something that resonated with him – he grew up sailing with his father in Western New York and spent his high school years working at the local Yacht club:
“One thing I always noticed was that there was always this adult contemporary pop and jazz-rock music playing at the Yacht Club, so when I heard about Yacht Rock, I was immediately amused and inspired to do something fun with this.”
Dan got some of his musician friends together and performed various shows in the Greenwich Village of NYC. The parties were a huge success and it was apparent that there was demand for this kind of music.
Dan joined forces with NYC singer/saxophonist Jonny Hirsch, also raised by a family of sailors, and launched AM GOLD YACHT ROCK PARTY!

G. Love & Special Sauce is an American Hip-Hop Blues band known for its unique fusion of
hip-hop, blues, funk, and soul. Formed in 1993 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the band
originally featured Garrett Dutton, aka G. Love, as the lead vocalist and guitarist, Jeffrey
Clemens on drums, and Jim Prescott on bass. The trio quickly gained attention for their
laid-back, groovy style and G. Love’s unique vocal delivery, blending rap-like spoken word with
bluesy singing.
Their debut self-titled album, G. Love & Special Sauce, was released in 1994 on Epic Records
and included the hit single “Cold Beverage,” which became popular on alternative radio stations
and MTV, solidifying their presence in the music scene. The band’s style has been described as
a mix of “slacker blues” and “alternative hip-hop,” as they frequently incorporate elements of 90s
hip-hop beats with classic blues rhythms.
Over the years, G. Love & Special Sauce has released numerous albums, including Coast to
Coast Motel (1995), Yeah, It’s That Easy (1997), The Electric Mile (2001) and the GRAMMY
nominated The Juice (2020). Their sound evolved to include more soul, R&B, and rock
influences, though they retained their laid-back vibe and clever lyrical play. Their 2014 album
Sugar saw a reunion of the original lineup after several years, and they continued to tour and
produce music with a loyal fan base.
Known for their energetic live performances, G. Love & Special Sauce has played at festivals
like Bonnaroo and Lollapalooza. Garrett Dutton also frequently collaborates with other artists,
including Jack Johnson, with whom he shares a similar vibe, and has released solo projects that

Hailing from the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii, Makua Rothman is a WSL World Tour Big Wave Champion and musician. Alongside multi time Diamond and Platinum artist, producer and writer Jimmy Messer, they have achieved great success with their distinct blend of reggae, rock, rap, and soul, appealing to an international audience. During the Volcom Pipe Pro in 2023 on the infamous north shore of Oahu, Hawaii, Rothman suffered a horrifying wipeout that resulted in a severe knee injury, requiring surgery and extensive rehabilitation. Forced to reassess his career path and consider alternative avenues to express his creativity, Makua reflected “What was I gonna do? Give up? Run and hide? Or use this adversity as a blessing and an opportunity to grow?” During his recovery period, he turned to his second passion—music. Growing up in a family with a rich musical heritage, he had always carried a love for music and was greatly influenced by his family and the gifted musicians of the North Shore. Coming from a lineage of talented musicians, including his uncle IsraelKamakawiwo’ole, Rothman was exposed to the power of sound from an early age. Enter Jimmy Messer. Multi-diamond and platinum selling musician, writer, composer and producer, Jimmy Messer has a long standing successful career, writing, producing and composing original music for famous artists like Madonna, Miley Cyrus, Kelly Clarkson, AWOLNation, Kygo among many others. His music has been used in large TV ad campaigns for BMW, Wix.com during the Super Bowl. In addition, Jimmy, a multi instrumentalist has composed original themes songs for companies like Apple +, NBC, VH1, among others. A match made in heaven with a shared passion for both music and surfing, the pair have headlined intimate gigs and supported artists on global tours such as AWOLnation, Sublime, Matisyahu, Slightly Stoopid, Steel Pulse and more. October 2024, Makua and his band opened Eddie Vedder’s annual, Ohana Festival 2024, where Vedder introduced Makua and graced the stage to play a song together. The response was overwhelming. Thus far in 2025, Wiz Khalifa joined Makua on the bands “Clear the Air” track and music video, followed by a 30 show North American tour with AWOLnation that included an international leg with stops in 8 different countries. Neill won a Steven Tyler lookalike contest during Aerosmith’s Pump tour, which would end up kickstarting his 30 plus year career as Steven Tyler. He has appeared on talk shows, tv commercials, done voice overs and movies. He recently appeared in the 2020 Lynyrd Skynyrd biopic “Street Survivors” as Steven Tyler.

The Beautiful Losers was put together by Last Laugh vocalist, Devin Cordeiro. “I have always wanted to put together the most authentic Seger show but never had the time. Well, I made time for it and as I planned for it all, top on the list was joining together the best musicians that the New England music scene had to offer. I started at the top of the list talent wise and just went for it. The truth is I couldn’t have assembled a more talented, dedicated, and professional group for this project and as a result, it has exceeded all expectations. The All-Star lineup are Carl Ayotte, David Ayotte, Stephen Baker, Nate Comp, Kevin Elder, Bill Plourde, and David Stefanelli. Vocally, musically, sonically, and dynamically this band is as good as it gets. With an endless crop of hits to pick from we will no doubt be the BEST Bob Seger tribute band in the land!”

In the late 1990’s, after a career as a Deputy Sherriff in Maine, he traded in his badge for a microphone and went from York County to New York City to pursue a career in comedy. He quickly became a regular at Comic Strip Live, Stand-Up New York, Dangerfield’s, Gotham Comedy Club, Caroline’s on Broadway and the New York Times called him, “Destined for stardom.” Juston would go on to sign sitcom development deals with Warner Brothers, CBS, IFC and Comedy Central.
He has appeared on numerous Comedy Central shows including his half-hour Comedy Central Presents special and his own one-hour special. He has appeared several times on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Conan O’Brien as well as a Showtime Comedy Special with Rob Gronkowski. He has appeared twice at Denis Leary’s, Comics Come Home at the TD Garden. His TV & movie credits include The King of Queens,100 Centre Street, The Zoo Keeper and Here Comes the Boom. He recently wrote and starred in the short film, Suck It Up, which screened at the NH Film Festival. He was awarded “Best Acting Performance.”

Almost Creed is a collaboration of 4 musicians with each member having well over 30 years of experienece in the music industry. They strongly believe that they have achieved the goal in precisely replicating the music of one of the must iconic bands to top the charts in the late 90s early 2000s.
Although these ladies travel the country as true professional stand up comedians, each having their own long list of impressive credits, here in a Mother of a Comedy Show they come together as friends! Christine Hurley, Kelly MacFarland and Kerri Louise have all battled in the comedy clubs and done hundreds of theatre shows. The Mother of a Comedy Show gets all these comedic talents together on one stage.
Kerri Louise
Who can turn the world on with her smile? Mary Tyler Moore. But who can turn the world on with her hysterical stories, original humor, and boisterous characters? Kerri Louise. High-energy, commanding and versatile–but enough about her sex life-Kerri Louise can entertain any audience with her warmth and razor-edge wit. She just filmed the hit, new, stand-up show “Gotham Live” on AXS-TV. Kerri was a regular correspondent on the Oprah Winfrey Show and that lead her to be a guest on the very first episode of The Dr. OZ Show. NBC took Kerri all the way to the finals in the show Last Comic Standing. Her performance on that show prompted The Women’s Entertainment Network to make her the star of her own reality show called “TWO FUNNY”. Howard Stern said,“She needs a sitcom!” Other guest appearances include… TV Guide’s “Stand-Up In Stilettos”, NBC’s “The Apprentice”, The Montel Show, Nickelodeon’s “Nick Mom Night Out”, Comedy Central, NBC’s “Access Hollywood”, ABC’s “The View” among many more.
Christine Hurley
Christine Hurley loves what she does…making people laugh! Married to Jimmy Hurley and having five kids, Christine is never at a loss for comedic material.
Like any great comedian, Christine has an innate ability to see humor in “everyday” situations. For years, she entertained family, friends and neighbors in their kitchens, at barbeques and the grocery store aisles. The only difference now is she uses a microphone and a stage.
Christine’s maiden voyage into the world of stand up comedy was an open audition in New York City. The television network Nick at Nite was looking for “AMERICA’S FUNNIEST MOM.” She figured if it didn’t go well, no one in New York would have known who she was anyway…
Turns out it went well! Out of thousands of entries, Christine was selected to be a finalist on the nationally televised show. The producers of the show included Carol Leifer (Seinfeld show producer), Jeff Singer (talent scout, Montreal Comedy Festival), Jeffrey Ross (Comedy Central roast master) and actress Sandra Bernhardt.
Her stories and views on motherhood and marriage are exactly what everyone is living through…people get it and love it!
Christine Hurley has quickly become a favorite in the Boston comedy world. She just got a standing ovation at Denis Leary’s Comics Come Home, one of the biggest comedy event in the country!
Kelly MacFarland
As an experienced stand up comedian, Kelly has an extensive and well-rounded resume including comedy clubs, theaters, colleges and several television appearances.
Kelly is currently touring clubs and colleges across the country and has entertained our US troops overseas. Kelly headlined the 2009 Boston Women in Comedy Festival, was first runner up in the 2009 Boston Comedy Festival, voted Best of the Fest 2010 Aspen Rooftop Comedy Festival, appeared in the Oddball Festival 2015 and performed at Boston Calling 2016 and 2017. Kelly has also appeared on Stand Up in Stilettos on the TV Guide Channel, Comedy Central’s Premium Blend and is the host of the web series, Fit or Fad for Scripps Network. Most recently, Kelly was part of the Top 100 Comedians of Last Comic Standing Season 9, appeared on AXS Gotham Comedy LIVE and won first in the professional category of the Ladies of Laughter 2016 competition.
Kelly has been hosting events in and around New England as well as across the country for over 10 years. She has done extensive work with the American Heart Association and Kelly hosted the 2017 MITX Technology Awards.
Kelly is also an accomplished improviser, musical improviser and comedic actress. She has performed with Fred Willard, Laura Hall from Whose Line is it Anyway? and has been a resident cast member of the ImprovBoston National Touring Company since 2014. Kelly is a contributor to the Audible series, Sounds Like America and is currently writing a collection of short stories based on her stand-up and her life. Kelly is the creator and co-host of The Fraidy Cat Podcast, sharing real life ghost stories and all things that go bump in the night. She has released two albums, Bombshell and You Woke Up Today, both available on iTunes and Amazon.

Hailing from the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii, Makua Rothman is a WSL World Tour Big Wave Champion and musician. Alongside multi time Diamond and Platinum artist, producer and writer Jimmy Messer, they have achieved great success with their distinct blend of reggae, rock, rap, and soul, appealing to an international audience. During the Volcom Pipe Pro in 2023 on the infamous north shore of Oahu, Hawaii, Rothman suffered a horrifying wipeout that resulted in a severe knee injury, requiring surgery and extensive rehabilitation. Forced to reassess his career path and consider alternative avenues to express his creativity, Makua reflected “What was I gonna do? Give up? Run and hide? Or use this adversity as a blessing and an opportunity to grow?” During his recovery period, he turned to his second passion—music. Growing up in a family with a rich musical heritage, he had always carried a love for music and was greatly influenced by his family and the gifted musicians of the North Shore. Coming from a lineage of talented musicians, including his uncle IsraelKamakawiwo’ole, Rothman was exposed to the power of sound from an early age. Enter Jimmy Messer. Multi-diamond and platinum selling musician, writer, composer and producer, Jimmy Messer has a long standing successful career, writing, producing and composing original music for famous artists like Madonna, Miley Cyrus, Kelly Clarkson, AWOLNation, Kygo among many others. His music has been used in large TV ad campaigns for BMW, Wix.com during the Super Bowl. In addition, Jimmy, a multi instrumentalist has composed original themes songs for companies like Apple +, NBC, VH1, among others. A match made in heaven with a shared passion for both music and surfing, the pair have headlined intimate gigs and supported artists on global tours such as AWOLnation, Sublime, Matisyahu, Slightly Stoopid, Steel Pulse and more. October 2024, Makua and his band opened Eddie Vedder’s annual, Ohana Festival 2024, where Vedder introduced Makua and graced the stage to play a song together. The response was overwhelming. Thus far in 2025, Wiz Khalifa joined Makua on the bands “Clear the Air” track and music video, followed by a 30 show North American tour with AWOLnation that included an international leg with stops in 8 different countries. Following the tour, the band made an appearance at BottleRockNapa Valley and is booked for a triumphant return at Ohana Festival 2025.
