TICKETING FAQ

No, if a show is posted as “sold out” there are not any tickets available. We do not have a waiting list, we do not buy-back tickets already sold, and we cannot resell tickets for people who do not show up.

You can select to purchase tickets at a specific table number, however, seats at tables are not numbered. Seats are first come, first served upon guest arrival at each table on the night of the show. Most seats in our intimate setting are within 50 feet of the stage. If you are purchasing a GA/Standing Room Only ticket, you will not have a seat.

When purchasing verified tickets, you have two free options to receive your tickets:
Mobile – Your phone is your ticket. Log into your account to locate your tickets – or download and use the Ticketmaster app on your phone.

Will Call – Tickets will be held at the Box Office for pick up on the day of show and can only be retrieved by the cardholder with a valid photo ID with signature such as a state ID, driver’s license or passport.

Tickets will not be emailed to you or available for print.

If your tickets were purchased online through Ticketmaster.com or BlueOceanHall.com, or through the Blue Ocean Music Hall box office with a credit card please call 978.462.5888.
If you purchased your tickets through a third party site, Blue Ocean is not able to assist you and you will need to contact the seller directly.

All sales are final; there are no refunds or exchanges for purchased tickets unless the show has been rescheduled or cancelled. If you cannot attend a show but would like someone else to use your tickets, you will need to transfer the tickets electronically to the person you are providing them to. Please make sure the person accepts your transfer prior to arriving at the Music Hall. Picking up tickets at the box office requires the photo ID and credit card of the purchaser.

By contract, Blue Ocean is obligated to move forward with a show If the touring artist can get to Blue Ocean, and providing that the State of Massachusetts has not issued a travel ban. If a show is cancelled or rescheduled, the original ticket purchaser will be notified via email and a posting will be made on our website and social media. Blue Ocean does not issue refunds for those who choose to stay home due to inclement weather.

Please ignore the numbers! They are used for ticketing inventory and security purposes and help prevent counterfeiting and duplication.
