Venue Policies
Dress Code
All Guests must wear shirts & shoes.
Conduct
Patrons are asked to respect the musician(s) and keep noise to a minimum. Loud patrons disturbing the artist or other guests will be asked to leave the Music Hall.
Re-Entry
There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to the venue.
Cell Phone Use
Guests must turn off the ringer on cell phones during performances and refrain from cell phone use.
Alcohol Consumption
Patrons must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid Driver's License, U.S. Passport or Military ID. Other ID cards, duplicate licenses, expired or damaged driver’s licenses, and driver's licenses which do not have photos will not be accepted.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the Music Hall. There is a small outdoor secured smoking section that is only accessible through one designated door.
Inspections
Guests are subject to bag searches.
Photography
Disposable or digital cameras without a flash are allowed for most shows. For shows where photography is prohibited, guests will be asked to return cameras to their car. Audio and video recording devices are not permitted.
Prohibited Items
Food or beverage items brought in from the outside, laser pointers, weapons, illegal substances, and animals that are not officially designated to assist guests with special needs.
